Mr. Stevenson joined Holley as President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2023. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Blue Bird Corporation (NASDAQ: BLBD). While at Blue Bird, Matt led a comprehensive operational and financial turnaround of an iconic, nearly 100-year-old American company. Matt has nearly 25 years of experience transforming organizations and leading growth and turnarounds of large industrial and consumer companies in both the private and public sectors. He gained world-class experience in senior leadership roles with companies such as Daimler, Bridgestone, and Terminix. Mr. Stevenson also helped found and serves on the board of a consumer home services company backed by Imperial Capital, a Toronto-based private equity firm. For the last two years, Georgia Trend Magazine has named Matt one of Georgia’s most influential business leaders.
Jesse Weaver joined Holley as Chief Financial Officer in December 2022 with nearly 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and data analytics. Most recently, he served as SVP of Finance at Smile Direct Club (NASDAQ:SDC) where he was responsible for leading the Financial Planning and Analysis, Investor Relations, Strategy, Treasury, and Risk functions. Prior to SDC, Jesse was VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dollar General (NYSE: DG) where he was responsible for leading near-term and long-term strategic financial planning as well as driving the company’s zero-based budgeting efforts. Before joining Dollar General, Jesse held multiple leadership positions in finance at Yum Brands (NYSE: YUM) U.S. Pizza Hut division, including strategy, financial planning, and data analytics. Prior to that, he was part of the M&A and capital advisory teams for a middle-market investment bank. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Belmont University and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
Vinod Nimmagadda joined Holley in 2021 as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & New Ventures. Mr. Nimmagadda has over eight years of finance and investment banking experience within the automotive aftermarket. Most recently, he served as a Vice President within Jefferies Group LLC from 2019 to 2021, and served in various other investment banking roles at Jefferies Group LLC since 2016. Previously, he served as an investment banking analyst within BB&T’s investment banking division from 2014 to 2015. Vinod is a lifelong automotive enthusiast with a passion for imports. Vinod earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from Columbia University.
Patrick Pierce has served as Holley’s Chief Human Resources Officer since August 2021. He has over 15 years of human resource experience across multiple industries including industrial equipment, consumer packaged goods, and retail. Prior to joining Holley, Mr. Pierce was employed by Treehouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS), the largest private label food and beverage manufacturer in the world, where he had served in various leadership roles since 2009. Mr. Pierce most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources from September 2019 to August 2021. Prior to joining Treehouse Foods, Mr. Pierce held various human resource roles at Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. (NYSE: PEP) from 2007 to 2009 as well as Case New Holland (NYSE: CNHI) from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Pierce earned his Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Industrial & Labor Relations degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Carly Kennedy has served as Holley’s EVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary since April 2022. She has over 15 years of legal experience across multiple industries, including automotive manufacturing and consumer products. Prior to joining Holley, Ms. Kennedy served as General Counsel at Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, as Associate General Counsel at Tenneco (NYSE: TEN), one of the world’s leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of automotive products for original equipment and aftermarket customers, and as Corporate Counsel at Allison Transmission (NYSE: ALSN), the world’s largest manufacturer of fully automatic transmissions for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles and a leader in hybrid-propulsion systems for city buses. Ms. Kennedy earned her Bachelors and J.D. from Indiana University, and her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
Nick Hite leads the domestic muscle portfolio of Holley Performance Brands, which includes comprehensive platform solutions for pre-2000 cars and trucks and modern muscle cars manufactured after 2000. His oversight includes the flagship Holley brand itself, including its classic carburetors and popular EFI and Sniper fuel injection systems.
Hite is a product and program management expert, with more than 15 years of cross-functional experience in sales, marketing, engineering, quality, operations and supply chain. Before joining Holley, he led large-scale programs and product launches and served in senior roles for both Terminix and Hyliion.
Hite brings his experience and expertise in leveraging consumer insights, strategic partnerships and product innovation to develop a comprehensive portfolio of domestic muscle performance solutions for a large base of passionate and highly engaged enthusiasts.
Del Bohlman joined Holley in December of 2025 and leads all aspects of the Safety and Racing Division’s global operations, brand strategy, and growth initiatives. With more than three decades of leadership experience in the powersports industry, including senior global roles at BRP and as CEO of Dealer Rocket LLC. At BRP, he led worldwide services for the dealer and distributor channels developing strategies and programs that drove significant growth and engagement. Recognized for his strategic acumen and collaborative leadership, Del has consistently delivered operational excellence, channel expansion, and enhanced customer experiences on a global scale.
Aaron Stewart brings 25 years of automotive aftermarket experience and leads Holley’s Modern Truck and Offroad division, managing strategy, product road maps, and strategic growth initiatives. Aaron managed a number of Holley’s most successful product platforms and is recognized throughout the industry for driving innovation in advanced software, electronics, and connected vehicle technologies.
Previously, Aaron served as Vice President of Electronics Engineering at Holley and as Vice President of Engineering and Product Development at Powerteq. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing organizations, delivered breakthrough products, and accelerated time-to-market across multiple performance brands.
Thomas Doll joined Holley Performance Brands as Vice President of Supply Chain & Purchasing in November 2024 and brings more than 31 years of global leadership experience across purchasing, supply chain, and operations in the automotive, heavy truck, and manufacturing industries. Prior to Holley, he served as Vice President of Purchasing at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, leading a multi-site North American organization with approximately $1 billion in annual spend, and previously held senior leadership roles at Benteler, including as Chief Procurement Officer, located in Paderborn, Germany while overseeing global procurement operations across 80 plants in 38 countries. Thomas spent more than a decade at Detroit Diesel in progressively senior supply chain and purchasing roles, including an international assignment in Germany. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Trine University.
Duane Wilson serves as Vice President of Manufacturing, Quality, and EH&S. He has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, with a background in lean manufacturing and strategic deployment.
Prior to joining the company, Duane held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy and Vice President of Operations at ECI. His experience spans multiple manufacturing environments with responsibility for safety, quality, cost, and operational performance.
Duane holds an MBA from Elon University and completed a Global Leadership Sponsored Program at Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.
John Nelligan is a senior executive and industry advisor with more than 35 years of leadership experience in the commercial vehicle and automotive sectors. He most recently served as President, Truck Americas at Meritor, Inc., where he held full P&L responsibility for the business and served as an Executive Vice President and member of the Executive Committee. During his tenure, he led global OEM relationships and navigated significant operational and supply chain challenges. Mr. Nelligan previously held senior roles at Daimler Trucks North America, Western Star Trucks, and as a dealership managing partner. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brock University.
Charan Mann joined Holley as Chief Information Officer in April 2024 with nearly 30 years of experience in Information Technology. Most recently, she served in various senior IT leadership roles at OneAmerica, where she led and transformed multiple IT departments throughout her tenure, establishing high-performing teams and overseeing enterprise technology operations and strategic initiatives. Prior to OneAmerica, Mann built deep experience across large-scale enterprises, leading architecture deployments, driving operational excellence, strengthening risk management, and enabling continuous improvement through Six Sigma and lean management practices at companies including Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI), Zeta Global (formerly Acxiom Digital), and StrongView (now Zeta Global). She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Sustainability from Lipscomb University.
